Production Description:

1)  Design high precision plastic moulds and manufacture plastic injection parts    according to customers' drawings or samples.
2)   Materials: Engineering plastic (POM, PA6, PA66, PBT, PE, PP. Etc).
3)  Monthly manufacturing capacity: 20 sets (toolings), 2 million pcs (OEM plastic parts).  

4)  Mold design according to CAD/ CAM/ CAE, We have many advanced machines for mould making, such as EDM, Wire Cutter ,CNC Engraving ,Machine,CNC Center etc.

5) All of our products meet the standard of TS16949.

6) We use coodinate-measuring machine, Projector, Salt spray test machine and Electronic tension tester for inspection.
