Production Description:

1)  We can design OEM Plastic Tooling for customers and we can supply automotive, Motorcycle, Kitchenware and home appliance OEM plastic products.

2)   Materials: Engineering plastic (POM, PA6, PA66, PBT, PE, PP. Etc).

3)   Design high precision plastic moulds and manufacture plastic injection parts according to customers' drawings or samples.

4)  Monthly manufacturing capacity: 20 sets (toolings), 2 million pcs (OEM plastic parts).  

5)  Mold design according to CAD/ CAM/ CAE, Productsmanufacturing according to ISO/ TS16949 and ISO14001.
