Production Description:
GNR serial is a non-asbestos and solvent-free cylinder head facing material which is composed of non-asbestos mineral fibers, organic fibers, nitrile butadiene rubber binder, mixed fillers and functional additives. The product is made through a fourdrinier papermaking (i.e., beater addition) process. It exhibits good heat-resistance and creep resistance, recommending for metal compound head facing materials. Prodcut size can be customized.
Product Introduction
We manufacture and supply 100% asbestos- and solvent-free fiber composite materials made through a Fourdrinier papermaking process consisting of non-asbestos inorganic fibers, organic fibers, rubber binders, inorganic fillers, and functional additives. They can serve as direct replacement for asbestos-containing materials used in typical powertrain applications. With our unique understanding of papermaking technology, we designed a continuous and fully automatic Fourdrinier paper machine manufacturing line that is most suitable for the production of non-asbestos gasket materials. The manufacturing line is also equipped with state-of-the-art online monitoring and control technologies including Distribution Control System DCSand Quality Control System QCS, which ensure high material uniformity and quality consistency when compared to materials produced from a batch process. Supplemented by our in-depth expertise in material science and formulation technology, the products we made are of world-class quality and outstanding sealability.
