Production Description:

We supply to Shanghai VOLKSWAGEN, Shanghai GM, Shanghai Kolbenschmidt, Federal Mahle etc, the average output is over 1100,000 pieces per month. We produce the claw pole according to the drawing from customer, using machining tech craft, normal sample period is about 30 days. 

The produce processes is over 16 steps from raw material storage to finished product inspection.

The company equipment includes:  phosphating saponifying flow line , cold extrusion press for 2, centerless grinder for 14, high accuracy centerless grinder for 5, multi-purpose furnance for 5, annealing furnace, gas hardening furnace for 7, eddy current testing equipment for 2, turning lthe for 14, grinding machine for 7 and so on.The inspection instrument includes: roundess measuring instrument, mirco-hardenesstesting machine, microscope, turbine detection machine.
