ZZG Series Low Type vibrating Feeder
1.Principle and Structure characteristics
ZZG series low type vibrating feeder is mainly used for the event conveying of bulk materials before the first crushing, and it is an essential part for this process. It includes two parts in the working face of feeder, that is, conveying area and bars area, and the bars are tilted.
The machine because of its unique superiority, has been widely used abroad, compared with other type feeder, has the following advantages:
1)With enough rigidity, can withstand the impact of the large stone.
2)The width and height of the feeder face is reasonable, this character ensures the storage of hopper above and is very convenient for truck to unload the bulk.
3)Compact structure, no complex transmission parts, maintenance is convenient.
4)Grid bar is set to eliminate the waste materials.
5)The combine of low type feeding machine with broken units can greatly reduce the working height and then reduce the workload of whole line, which makes the system more economic and reasonable.
