Liuzhou Shuangfei Auto Electric Appliances Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. We are a professional entire car wire harness manufacturing company that integrates design, development, test and mass production, and also produces wire & cable by ourselves. Shuangfei covers an area of 170-thousand m², with a nearly 67-thousand m² plant area. Over 3500 employees devote their passion to Shuangfei. We obtained QS9000 in 2002, and passed the ISO/16949 certificate of quality system in 2006.
We have 4 production sites: Liuzhou-the headquarter, and 3 other branches-Qingdao, Zhuhai and Chongqing. Our plant in Indonesia is under construction.

SHUANGFEI develops and supplies innovative wiring solutions, as well as components, for passenger car producers, commercial vehicle manufacturers and for system and component suppliers. Our mission is to give the customer precisely what are required, from the initial design concept to the safe installation of the final products.
WIRE & CABLE
SHUANGFEI develops and utilizes sheathing and insulation materials that meet the demand for a high degree of safety and durability of a cable under extreme conditions of use. Our product comprises copper drawing, round, braid, twist, shield, irradiated wire. We develop and manufacture a full range of standardized and specialist copper wire/cable for automotive applications.
AUTO SPARE PARTS
We develops and supplies innovative wiring solutions, as well as components(such as terminal, housing, connector, auto relay, fastener, etc.) with high quality and competitive price.

23 years. We started to produce wire harness and copper wires in 1993 in small workshop. Now we are selling products all over the world.

Don't worry! Shuangfei covers an area of 170-thousand m², with a nearly 67-thousand m² plant area. Over 3500 employees devote their passion to Shuangfei. They will help our business easily going. 105 sets of full-automatic crimping machine—KOMAX imported from Switzerland, 50 assembly lines and a variety of wire harness processing equipments enable us to produce 200 entire car wire harnesses, including airbag harness. Our production capacity reaches 2 million sets/year.

All of our products are ROHS compliant, wire harness are UL, CSA, VDE/CE certificated. We have strict QC and passed TS 16949 Quality control system. All products are 100% tested before delivery. Our products are produced by Auto industry standards. Quality is assured!
