3. Q: What is your Payment Terms?

    A: 100% before delivery for the sample orders, 30% deposit and 70% balance before delivery from the second order on. Other payment terms are negotiable and considerable.

4. Q: What is your Warranty?

    A: 12 months against B/L date. If any quality problems, with our QA engineer’s confirmation, we promise to replace goods or make relevant compensation for your losses.

5. Q: What is your FOB Prices of the products?

A: Please send me the OE numbers and the predicted purchasing quantities of the items you are interested in, so that we can make a quotation list according to your detailed request.

6. Q: If we can’t find the products we need, what should we do?

A: Pls send us the descriptions of the goods especially the OE no. what you need. Firstly we will check if we have them. We present 5-10 new products each month, some of them were not uploaded on the website timely. If we don’t have, we can discuss about that more details by then if there will be large quantity.
