Q: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Kunshan City next to Shanghai. It takes about 50 minutes from Kunshan to Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport. All our clients , from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
Q: Could I put my own logo on the product i purchased?
A: Yes, customers' logo can be printed by laser printing, transfer printing, silk printing and carving for free.
Q: Could I buy 1pc sample for evaluation?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. Free samples will be available if less than USD10.00, customers just need to pay the freight cost.
Q: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can develop the molds and fixtures on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q: How do you control the products' quality? Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. Yes, we have 100% test before delivery
Q: What’s about your payment terms?
A: T/T 30% deposit and 70% against document. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
