This will allow you connect your multiplexer to any laptop with a RS232 female connection (DB9 PIN) to 19pin. If you have an original multiplexer or the ACTIA multiplexer that requires the 19pin connection on the computer this is for you, this cable also work with original COMPACT3 laptop. Now you can connect to any laptop with a DB9 connection (most laptops do). That you have software on the side of the connection in the picture connects to the multiplexer with your 19pin cable then...
