Our production processes are based upon complete quality control methodology. We have sufficient capacity and technical expertise to meet the most stringent customers demands and requirements. Shandong Regal can supply products ranging from backing plates, drum steel, brake pads, brake shoes assemblies, drum linings and truck blocks for the AM,OES and OEM. All of raw materials and formulas are tested and selected to ensure their good performance. Shandong Regal’s formulations and processes are designed in-house by our own team. Our friction lining has America AMECA approval with edge code certificate.All formulations are tested at independent certified laboratories using global test requirements—Akmaster, compressibility, vehicle tests, etc. The process is strictly controlled with the on-site quality inspection as per FMSI required.
