Electronic Heating Device ( Ptc Series) For Heater Warmer

Surface-electrified PTC Ripple Heater Series is a kind of heater that can auto-control temperature and save electricity .It is made up of PTC and waves aluminum. The heater has a lot of advantages such as giving out rich heat ,stable power .using expediently,long life ,high reliability,without bright flame.It is adhibited with ripple radiator component which hot wind can go through on both sides of general PTC element,It is now widely used in house heating instrument such as air-adjuster,disinfector cabinet .dryer,suit-dryer,moveable fan heater and automobile indastry
PTC fan heating element includes one or several PTC row as the heat generator, and aluminum heat sink fins conducting heat radiation thereto. Each row of PTC is glued to a contacting plate soldered with the heat sink fins. Since the plate of the heat radiators are thermally couples to the heat generator , respectively, heat generated by the PTC thermistor unit is radiated from the fins through the plate. The ends of respective sets of fins opening portions, and contacting plates are disposed above and below the respective opening portions so as to radiate the heat equally.

APPLICATIONS
PTC fan heating elements can be used in heating application such as space heaters, cloth dryers, dish dryers, hand dryers , de-humidifiers, etc.
