We can make both plastic and metal prototype, such as bumper, Instrument Panel,seating system,door panel,interior trim part,Chasis,BIW,auto hardware parts,etc. The prototypes we made can be exactly same as your design.
There are about 100 sets 3/4/5 axis CNC machines in our plant,max stroke is 2000*1400mm,accurancy can reach +-0.02mm.
The processing material plastic can be ABS,PC,PMMA,PA,POM,TPU and so on. And the processing material hardware can be AL,magnesium alloy,zinc,alloy,copper,iron,steel,etc.
And we can also make some other special material models, such as foam.
