Pre-Max was established in 2001,to be a subsidiary of Ningbo Billion Ocean import & export co.,Ltd in 2010. It was founded to design,manufacture and sell hardware of producing competitively priced electricity without the need for subsidization. Our focus is on designing and manufacturing hardware products.

We have spent the past 8 years improving our understanding of hardware products. Our engineering team has created proprietary computer codes to design winches and other hardware products and analyze system performance. We have invested $1 million developing our products. To the best of our knowledge, we are the leaders by far in hardware products, a competitive edge we intend to increase.

With experienced Management Team, Pre-Max is poised to enter the rapidly growing hardware industry. As our reputation for hardware grows, and we demonstrate that our hardware can compete in the absence of subsidies, we plan to become the industry leader and accelerate industry growth.
