Nanjing Jinniu Mechanical Manufacturing Co.,Ltd is the manufacturer specialized in producing high precision powder metallurgy auto parts. It is located in Gaochun District, which is called backyard garden of Nanjing City. It is just 50 km away from Nanjing Lukou Airport, 90 km away from Nanjing High Speed railway South Station. Our company was founded in 1989, takes up an area of 33000 square meters, structure area of 20000 square meters. In factory there are 2 large high stability welding furnaces, 4 mechanical press, 12 hydraulic press with the largest press is 630 tons, and 8 sizing machines, 20 CNC lathe, 5 grinders, 1 automatic both side grinders, 1 high precision automatic deburrering machine, 1 ultrasonic cleaning machine and so on. After 25 years development, there are more than 700 kinds of products mainly are oil pump gears and rotors, supplements are sprockets and pulleys. In order to adapt new demand and new development in auto industry, meanwhile, we are developing fuel pump gears and variable pump rotors, and dozens of them have been in batch supply to our customers.
