We have four large workshops including resin sand casting workshops, precision casting workshops, processing workshops and general assembly workshops. We have American Induction furnaces , including 10 furnaces with the capacity of 6 tons, 2 with the capacity of 20 tons, and 2 furnaces with the capacity of 30 tons. In addition ,we still have 2 cupola furnaces with the capacity of 15 tons. We have 6 sand-conditioning lines with first class reproduction capacity of 25 tons per hour; 4 German sand mixers, 16 shot blasting machines, 4 DISA production lines which produce 510 molds per hour, with 251 sets equipment of CNC planing horizontal boring and milling machine, double column vertical lathe, crane equipment and spectrometer ,CE instrument, universal testing machine; metalloscope, non-desdructive flaw detector etc.
