Ruian Longhu Forging Co., Ltd. is a stock cooperate company of civilian enterprise in WenZhou city. Long Hu forging company was former name of Long Hu which was found in July 1994. Long Hu
reconstructed in 2002, and introduced advanced management system to be limited company. And
Long Hu carried out therules of directorate leaded general manager who took charge the running of company, and Long Hu hired a veteran GM. At present the management Dept.setting up as following
: sales Dept., R&D Dept.,quality Dept. manufacture Dept.and administration Dept.There are five workshops in Long Hu as following:forging workshop I forging workshop II, forging die workshop, clean up workshop and metalworking workshop. There were 200 employees in Long Hu andincluding 30 administration staff. The main producing facilities as following: two product lines of 300T die forging, one product line of 400T die forging, three product lines of 630T die forging , one product line
of 1000T die forging. And ...[More]ng Hu has intermediate frequency induction heater. The main assistant facilities as following: numerical control milling machine, numerical control lathe and common lathe, milling machine, grinder machine, electricity pulse machine, line incision machine.So the forging dies in product line were all produced by ourselves.

Long Hu established the product stratagem was being established in Automobile then actualizing the product specialization.

The dominant product were rough forging of automobile chassis flange yoke species , weld yoke, knuckle for light truck, door hinge joint , engine valve rocker, ball shell, ball joint and draft rod. The product matched Jingbei, South East Delica, Fulica, Songhuajiang, changhe, wuling, aoto, Santana, dongfeng and Nanjing And there were some products directly or indirectly exported to Europe, US, south-east Asia
and Taiwan as OEM parts. We have professional experience on producing door hinge joint for five years.

At present the Germany Edscha company had reviewed our company and signed the contract of ordering product. We have professional experience on producing engine valve rocker for ten years.The products covered the Motor engine, minisize car and diesel engine. And we have been the OEM supplier for many clients. Such as Jianshe, ChangAn, Huaihai, Chongqing cummins, FAW Xichai etc. According to the customers’ requirement the metalworking workshop can produce the semi finished parts and finished parts, such as automobile chassis flange yoke species, weld yoke, knuckle for light truck, door hinge joint, engine valve rocker, ball shell, ball joint and draft rod. To adapt the constantly developing market, we enlarged our enterprise scope. And now we had buy 41600㎡. We invested Zhejiang Longhu forging company, and planed to set up 9 product lines. The first project will be completed in Feb. 2005. We applied the CAD&CAM to the product design, die design and producing. We can complete the R&D process of general product within 25 to 30 workdays and submit the qualified prototype parts to our customers.

In the aspect of quality control we have passed the QS9000 quality system authentication on the basic of ISO9002, and we planed to passed the TS16949 quality system before 2006. At present the quality control system run smoothly and can be sure to provide the satisfied product and service.Our quality policy : the existence from quality and the development from credit Our tenet : our standard is the customers’ satisfaction Now the producing scale is forging part 5500T. The total production value was 26 million in 2003 and the total production value of 2004 was 4160 the rate of increasing was 60% .

To adapt the situation of market and accelerate the company growth, we made list of the metaphase and long phase developing plan. And we described the developing direction in the coming five years. According to the practice in the manufacturing and sales we confirmed to implement the professional development way.

And we increased the endeavor to go to the international market we open the market of Singapore and Taiwan this year .
