LAE produces a variety of change-over switches with or without fuel level indicators for application in carburetted or fuel injected vehicles. Vehicles converted to CNG/LPG will be able to change from using petrol/diesel to CNG/LPG and back by simply flipping this change- over switch. The LAE change-over switches are designed for easy installation.

The use of these devices in catalysed engines converted to alternative fuels allows for constant adjustment of the carburetion, and maintenance of the correct air-fuel ratio (stoichiometry) in all operational conditions during alternative fuel mode. The range of products includes models provided with different methods of adjustment. The adjustments can be performed manually by the use of micro-switches, or with the help of more sophisticated instruments such as PCs or hand-held testers.

Our ECU is controlled by a microprocessor which processes data coming from the various system sensors(gas pressure, gas temperature, regulator temperature, RPM). Through an innovative algorithm, the ECU calculates the correct gas injection time and it sends the corresponding electrical signals to the injection unit. Lixun manufactures this ECU for 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 cylinders.

The Timing Advance Processor is a device which is capable of modifying the original ignition point, calculated for a correct gasoline running of the car, to adapt it to alternative fuels like LPG and CNG. These have a slower combustion time in comparison to gasoline, therefore it is necessary for the spark to ignite in advance in comparison to the original point.
