Production Description:

1. Flywheel works well at 5000rpm for 3 mins                       
 2. Flywheel riveted firmly and dynamic unbalance is less than 15g/cm. Taper hole check by 1:5 gauge and interface is more than 75%       
3. Operating speed: 0~4600rpm 
4. Galvanized surface, sleeve phosphating and strength treatment    
5. After 4200rpm for 500 hours,there is no broken and electrical specification is not less than 90% of initial one.    
6. Combined with stator, rotor output power P3.0KW ( at 3600rpm)                 7.Settlement torque is 45~50N.m(4.5~5kg f.m)            
8.Vibration with acceleration, 294m/s2(30G), frequency 50~500Hz for 20H is no abnormal.
