Product Description
At present the traditional machining method of spiral bevel and hypoid gears is face milling or face hobbing, and low tooth strength, high production cost and serious waste of resources are the main disadvantages of this machining method. In order to deal with these deficiencies, nearnet shaping spiral bevel and hypoid gears are proposed, because of cost reduction and appropriate distribution of metal fiber along tooth profile making the increase in bending strength of the gear.
