They feature 12 High Powered individual SMD (surface mount device) LED's. They consume only 2.2 watts of electricity to run, and are available in the traditional warm white, or cool white for feature lighting. These bulbs are manufactured specifically for us and feature "instant on" technology. We strongly believe that these out perform comparable halogen bulbs in every way; including light output! This bulb is quite large so please check the dimensions for your light fitting! Don't forget that you'll need to use an LED compatible transformer / driver with this product.
