Production Description:

This die-casting project is made for VW, Toyota,Honda, GM, Ford, Audi, ECT. with annual forecast of 10,000k Pieces. The complex configuration of die-casting parts require state-of-the-art technology capability for tooling design and manufacturing. To satisfy the requirement of D5/1 for porosity ratio on the drawing, KDS will use the vacuum die-casting technology for production and Leica microscope to inspect the porosity ratio for process control.CNC center will be used for machining due to higher precision requirement. Mechanical strength is required with regards to complex configuration for tooling design.
