Introduction:
JH-2000A test bench is the special device to test the performance of high-pressure common rail injector assembly, it adopts BOSCH original common rail pump to provide 0~2000 bar of rail pressure, it can test common rail injector of main producers(BOSCH, SIEMENS, DELPHI, DENSO).
1. Test Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens solenoid valve common rail injectors. Piezo injector is available to test too.
2. Pressure: 0-2000Bar(0-200mpa).
3. Install with Original Bosch CP1 pump.
4. Industrial air-conditioner to guarantee the oi temperature 38° C± 4° C.
5. Injection times: 0-1000times.
6. Accuracy: 0.1ml
7. Test functions:
Clean, leakage, injection oil quantity and back flow oil quantity(pre-injection, Idling, full load)
