<p> SJ-B55 Film Blowing Machine is used to make high density or low density polyethylene (HDPE or LDPE) into plastic film, virgin material or recycled material all can be used. The machine is widely used for producing agricultural covering film, super market bags, lamination film, film for textile and clothing, heat-shrinkable film for packing. We offer two pieces of die head for one machine, if customers need more die head for different size, we can manufacture different size of die head for customer accordingly.The Film Blown extruding machine includes following parts: screw & barrel, motor, inverter, die head, heaters,winder, and tower, besides, the film blowing machine is with rotary die head, double winder, embossing roller and gusset device is also available if customers need it. The rotary die head can make the film to be better quality, more even. The motor has frequency control (inverter control) of motor speed to improve the speed regulation and save electricity. The screw & barrel material is made from a nitrogen-treated chromium-molybdenum-aluminum alloy, 38CrMoAl.
