Production Description:

MP20 consists of three layers:steel backing+porous bronze sinter+modified POM.
POM serves as anti-abrasion material, providing good frictional and wear properties. On the surface of POM layer, uniform pockets are designed to act as grease reserviors. After a certain operation, regreasing is necessary due to the wear amount of POM layer is likely to be more and more. If relubricated, the bearing will continue to function satisfactorily with little wear.
