Production Description:
PTFE Braided Hose is extruded PTFE tube braided with one or several layers of stainless steel, after braided it can bear high pressure.
The stainless steel cover is the main pressure-bearing part of the PTFE Braided Hose, and it can protect the inner PTFE tube. You can choose one or several layers of stainless steel braid cover according to different pressure and application requirements.
1- Key Properties of the inner PTFE Tube
1) High and Low Temperature Resistance - Continuous operating temperature -70~+260
3) Corrosion Resistance - Chemical stable except fluorine gas, alkali metals dissolved
4) Weatherability - The best anti-aging plastic; Outdoor long-term use will not degrade
5) High Lubrication- The lowest coefficient of friction of any polymer
6) Non-adhesive - Prevent the adhesion of almost all pollutants, water contact angle = 110 º
7) Non-toxic - does not cause allergic reactions, compatible with human tissue and body fluids
8) Flame resistance: Non-combustible in air (oxygen index> 95%)
9) Electrical Properties: Excellent electrical insulation, broadband dielectric constant and loss factor minimum
