Junling Mould Technology Co., Ltd is a medium-sized private-owned enterprise that produces aluminium, magnesium and zinc alloy Die-Casting mould specially as well as process products with integrating the development, design, manufacture and processing into one entity.

The company has modern workshops with an area of 6000 and the subsidiary facilities, boasting professional technology personnel with high qualification and the mould-making staff with rich experiences. The current business scope of the company is universal machine parts, auto parts, motorcycle parts, electric tools parts and other die-casting moulds. The annual production capability is 200 sets of die-casting moulds 3500 tons or below.

The company is applying for higher Quality Management System through implementing ISO90012000 Quality management System, with a dedicated inspector team and advanced three-coordinate inspecting equipment. It always persists in the quality guideline of Quality First, Strict Management, Excellent Service and Customer Satisfaction.

The design software adopted by the company is three-dimensional UG, CAD and electronic drawing board for two-dimensional and sensue-Rongtai type vacuum structure for design, and it has introduced ANYCASTING mould flow analysis software, to form CAD/CAE/CAP integrative design and manufacture procedure.

The main technology indexes for the design and manufacture of the company: use SKD61 for carrier rod material, hot processing hardness is HRc50-55, use Punch carrier rod, use DIEVAR produced by ASSAB company for mould core material, the maximum precision for mould is 0.05mm, and the maximum precision for mould core is 0.02mm.
