JJMP have more than 2000 models of back plate including 100 OE models. With team work of 340 staffs, Kingdee K/3 ERP system, and over 120 sets equipment, JJMP deliver about 3 million pieces back plates monthly to customers worldwide.

Equipped with 14 sets high speed and 4 medium speed wire cutting machines in 400 square meter tooling workshop in house, in addition to patented tooling design, JJMP build tooling quickly and flexibly, can develop over 60 PPAP items monthly. Average PPAP lead time from design confirmation to PPAP samples submission is 35 days; the quickest one can be completed in 15 days.

Fine cutting/blanking is core of our process. The introduction of press from FEINTOOL Swiss and KOMATSU Japan further strengthens the excellence of the company.

The well-organized production line and cell allow us to process order efficiency either for larger batches or small quantity.
