  Description of Fuel tank cleaning machine:

During cleaning tank for JD-QXJ Fuel tank cleaning machine, fuel tank and tubing doesn’t need removing, for this working principle: the diesel is sucked from tank out into the coarse filter tank for primary filtering, to filter out large particles of impurities and water, and then pressed by the gear pump before getting into fine filter tank for filtering fine particles and impurities through deep filtering.
After 2 steps of filtering and cleaning, the diesel is injected into the tank cavity and dead ends by high-pressure nozzle pressure of 1.5Mpa, the impurities mixed with oil is recirculated and filtered in the fuel tank at this flow rate of 30 liters per minute to get the diesel in the fuel tank to be clean finally.

Method of operation:

1, Bend nozzle to appropirate angle, and insert through the partition plate’s hole to the side of the cavity.
2, Insert tube into the lowest point of the tank or into cleaned cavity’s angle holes.
3,Power on and turn switch clockwise, that is the normal cleaning machine’s cleaning direction.
4, Hold the spray boom with hand, and spray into tank walls and dead corners with nozzle

1, It’s recommended to lift up first side of the tire by 5-10 cm with a pad, to form a a certain inclination in the fuel tank.
2, It’s recommended to clean the rotating nozzle when fuel in tank is less than half level or empty.
3, Clean with straight nozzle when fuel in tank is more than half level.

1, During pump turning clockwise, if the pressure is more than 2.5Mpa, it means fine filtering core is blocked, in this case shut off the machine, then clean or replace filtering core to prevent motor from burning
2, During replacing the nozzle, nozzle should be tightened to prevent dropping in the fuel tank
3, Drain out diesel in the cleaning machine
(a), Take the oil tube and nozzle completely out of oil level, to avoid touching the oil
(b), Turn clockwise, until the nozzle stops spraying
(c), Turn counterclockwise, until sucking tube stops spraying
4, Sucking tube should be prevented from blockage during counterclockwise pump turning. A more than 1.5MPa of coarse filter cylinder internal pressure will cause cracking on the window glass.
