Warranty:
1. We provide 3-year warranty for the item we sell;
2. If you receive defective item(s) after opening package, please kindly inform us within 1-3 days. We will guide you to claim Fedex/DHL and returning instruction for replacement.
3. For any problem from quality during the warranty period, please send us a picture and video and our engineers will analyze what happened, if necessary, we will send spare parts for free, but please note all return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility .
4. When warranty gets expired, customer still can get our thoughtful after-sales services, such as free repairing, testing, packing, if customer sends back damaged parts to us, but such costs as new replacement of parts and accessories, delivery costs, possible customs charges (tariff or any other possible fee), etc will be under buyer's accounts.

Q1: What is the Warranty for the lamps?
A1: For the lamps, we have 3 years warranty. If any quality problems on our side occured in this period, we will take on the shipping cost and replacement.
Q2: What is colour temperature?
A2: Newshine's LED Lighting offer lamps in warm,natural,pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is, the warmer the light given by the LED:

Q3:: What is CRI?
A3: Under irradiation in the artificial light source ,there is difference to distinct the real color by people's syes. It is called " color-rendering index", or "Ra". The greater color-rendering index. the better show the true colors of objects.
Q4: Will your LED light work on a dimmer switch?
A4: We do not recommend using our LED light on a dimmer switch,this type of switch can potentially cause damage to the bulb.
Q5: Why does my LED light not work properly in extreme temperatures?
A5: Any temperature below 14 F or above 122 F may cause a LED light to flicker, dim, change color,or cease to function. Once the LED is returned to an operational environment it should began to work properly.
Q6: What is the AC Voltage tolerance for our LED lights?
A6: Their AC voltage tolerance is +/- 10%.
Q7: Do your LED emit UV light?
A7: No. But you should never point an LED light into your eyes.The light is very bright and could cause damage.
Q8:Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?
A8: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but take much time.
For urgent orders, We suggest via air or airport plus our ship partner send to your destination.
