Production Description:

VNT nozzle ring located at the entrance of the turbine exhaust in the turbocharger, It uses the nozzle ring blades what is active, the nozzle vanes can rotation together around each axis, with the change of the vane's angle. the turbocharger's minimum sectional area of flows as well as the angle and speed of the exhaust into the turbine also will be changed, consequently it not only change the rotate speed of the turbine but also alter the pressure of the compressor outlet. When the engine at the slow motion, it reduce the nozzle ring 's sectional area, accelerated the speed of the turbine, Increase the supercharger pressure, what assure the pressure and air inflow in the slow running; When the engine at high speed, it increase the nozzle ring' s sectional area, go down the speed of turbine, prevent the over speed of supercharger. When the engine accelerated, it could reduce the sectional area of nozzle
ring to boost the response speed of supercharger what also improve the supercharge pressure and air inflow, to fulfill the requirements of air inflow in the transient work.
