Production Description:
The metal stamping parts manufacturing Group provides engineered metal stampings parts for a wide variety of industries, largely in the automatic, electronic, medical, but limited to none. The stamping process include precision stamping, sheet metal stamping, deep drawn, blanking, bending, shearing, crimping, stamping-welding etc.
The first step is Blanking, Stamping from the raw sheet metal to get the basic flat sharp of the product.
The second step is Piercing, In order to get the internal holes.
The third step is Forming, Bending the product into the requirement shapes, but keeping no changing the thickness of the sheet metal. If the products shapes like caps, there is also need to do drawing which stretches the sheet metal to form compound curves.
The last step is deburring, In order to remove shape edges and burrs.
