Stainless steel cut wire shots can meet the shape requirements of SAE specification, the materials are 410,430,SUS304, stainless steel cut wire shots are manufactured by using special cutting machine which cut wire into lengths that are equal to wire diameter, then the particles can be conditioned (rounded) to remove the sharp corners, at last we use special rounding (grinding) process to get finished products .The hardness of finished products are HRC45-52, the size is between 0.2mm and 1.2mm, the shape can be divided into four degrees: as cut , G1, G2, G3.
