The former enterprise of Chong Qing Jan Sant Machine Manufacture Co. Ltd. is called Jiang Li Machinery Factory of Changan Group, which was founded in 1978, and is pointed to be the qualified supplier for Changan Automobiles. Since founded, our factory is developing gradually and getting much stronger than before. Now, we have established a wide-range and multi-specialty of production and management, mainly in maching, stamping, cold working, casting, spray painting and rubber, etc. More than 500 kinds of parts are produced in our company mainly cover such assemblies as water pump, value rocker, cylinder head cover,oil pump, suspension cushion, water intake/outlet pipe and oil level gauge, etc. We have the capacity of providing 1 million sets of parts annually. Then we have more than 500 sets of producing and testing equipments in different kinds.

Then both in 2005 and 2006, we had gained the title of Excellent Supplier of Changan (Group) corporation. We were also awarded “The Chong Qing 30 Mainly Strong Companies of Car Parts Manufacture” in 2006. Our main clients are Changan Automobile Co., Ltd., Changan Suzuki Automobile Co., Ltd., Changan Ford Mazda Enterprise, SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. (SGMW) and BYD AUTO, etc.

We have purchased 40000 square meters ground in Changan Industrial District. At the end of 2007, our new factory will be put into operation. All the staffs will act in accordance with the train of thought that making with extra care, decreasing the cost, strengthening our company, pursuing a lofty goal, striving for the topping one. We shall produce the best goods, provide our service modestly and try our best to set up one of the topping enterprises in this line.

In 2005, with the development of automobile industrial, we have got over many difficulties by the support of Changan Group and corporation of brother companies, such as cutting prices of products (but increasing prices of raw material), reducing rations, plunging large amount of new products. We had lost 7 million Yuan by cutting prices but accumulated to 12 million Yuan in output and 10 million Yuan in sales income. By carrying out 1345 strategic plan and reforming in enterprise system, we have gained outstanding achievements in all directions. And production operation came out many glorious spots.

In Aug. 2005, we successfully entered Nanjing Changan Mazda supplying system and became one of the 25 suppliers in the first period. When entering the automobile supplying market, it shows that our company made an enormous leap on strategic plan. Gradually, we established cooperative relationship with Yu'an and BYD in Shanghai. The ration is gradually increasing.. All the year round, we take up 120 bid items of new products, and 21 successful bid items (including 12 ones in car). YN5 Oil Level Gauge, JL465Q Left Suspension Cushion Assemble, 475Q Engine etc. 14 new products have been on small lot production. Now, nearly 80 new products are under development. The expenses of researching new products(just fixture and tools) are 2 million yuan. The investment of equipments cost 300 million yuan which is one of the largest amount since founded. When entering Changan Ford Mazda Supplying System, we also purchased testing instruments nearly 300 million yuan for researching and developing new products.

In order to strengthen the management of company's informatization, we establish information center office for utilizing computer informatization system and resource sharing of office system. In 2005, we founded ERP System of ORCAL and Local Area Network (LAN) to connect among departments and workshops. ORCAL is one of the most famous managing systems in the world whose ERP system covered links of producing operation for producing, supplying, selling, person, finance and objects to provide full solutions in resources. We carry out financial management as kernel for realizing the integrity and unify of information, goods and finance with the cooperation of selling and manufacturing department.
