The production Standard is:
1. Roundness material IQC is to check the roundness. Panel material is to check the flatness.
2. If customer require magnet parts nee to demagnetizing. lathing, grinding, surface discharge will clean the parts, de-burr in each process.
3. Milling, machining: 1. the holes of the roughness parts to chamfer, de-burr. 2. Tapping: after tapping clean teeth holes, and with bolt self-check. 3. Wire cutting: if not remark, each part finish work must no correction. 2. Punching insert part finish work need to 320# glass sand to sand blast.
