High strength/Zirconia/Spot welding ceramic pins/innovacera
1. Introduction:
The zirconia ceramic pins is made by the zirconia ceramics, it is widely used as positioning tools in many industry, such as car manufacturing, welding and so on.
Zirconia ceramics materials provide excellent erosion, corrosion and abrasion resistance along with temperature resistance, fracture toughness and strength. These ceramic components are used in extreme service applications that take advantage of their superior wear and corrosion resistance.
Innovacera is offered Yttria Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal(Y-TZP), there are many applications of Zirconia ceramics in the chemical and petrochemical industries. They provide economic payback in the way of reduced maintenance and down time. Zirconia ceramics is also becoming the material of choice for components in healthcare applications.

3. Properties of Zirconia ceramic Material
Zirconia (ZrO2) is an extremely refractory material. It possesses excellent chemical inertness and corrosion resistance at temperatures well above the melting point of alumina. Innovacera Zirconia is fully stabilized in the cubic crystal structure to avoid cracking and mechanical weakening during thermal cycling. In addition to its high temperature capability, Zirconia offers low thermal conductivity and is electrically conductive above 800ºC. Also has the unique ability to allow oxygen ions to move freely through the crystal structure above 600ºC.
