ND-YXN-II electric motor performance testing panel suitable for testing different kind of motor.

ND-YXN-11 Motor performance tester

Application:

suitable for carrying out the performance testing for single phase motor, excited motor, brushless motor, pump motor and stepping motor.

Performance test:

Automatic test: after motor assembled, automatic add or reduce loading, all the data are tested automatic.

Manual test: adjust motor loading manually, computer display data simultaneously

Fixed-point test: computer could random have the motor running at one fixed torque or speed, and thus the entire system become a close ring feedback control system to ensure the stability.

Final test:

Auto conclude: taking torque or speed as datum mark, it could set the limit value of other data. Datum mark number could be not changed, the system will alarm when motor rejected.

Different running direction: it could test motor both when running in the clockwise and counter clockwise, and get the comparison value.
