We produce grey iron, alloy iron and ductile iron flywheel housings. With SAVELLI full-auto molding line from Italy, adopting melting techniques of cupola and medium frequency electric furnaces, using German OBLF on-the-spot spectrograph for chemical composition analysis, metallographic microscope for microstructure analysis, so as to ensure the dimensional accuracy, mechanical property and chemical composition of the flywheel housing. The dimensional accuracy can reach CT 7-9. We produce over 40 kinds of flywheel housings for both domestic and foreign customers now, with an annual capacity of 60,000 pieces.
