The float seals comply with JB/T8293.1-1999, JB/T51030-1999
Life-span in use: 5000 hours;Surface hardness: HRC 60-72
The float seals produced here are divided into light-load and heavy-load types. Each performance index complys with national JB/T8293.1-1999, JB/T51030-1999 etc. We also supply with GNL of Italy, GOETZE of Germany and so on, which are world-known sealing manufacturerers’ standards.
Light-load float seals are made of alloy steel whose blanks are hot-forged with high strength and then undergo restrict heat treatment. Thus guarantee the rational quench depth, higher wear-resistance and anti-fatigue properties so as to lengthen the product life-span and perfect cost efficiency is realized(The engines can save 3% of oil ). The products can sustain its steadiness even if etched, under temperature changes from -20 to 110 degrees centigrade or pressure like 4 KG/square CM and high touching-speed imposed upon.

Heavy-load float seals consist of two hi-alloyed cast iron rings. It is the best choice for you to use this float seal in some highly corrupted and even critical temperature conditions, keeping its lubricant performance.
The metallic rings are manufactured by foundry into shapes from hi-chrome cast alloy(Mo, V, etc) under a special heat treatment to contain austenite. They have HRC68 and security for wear-resistance.
The peculiar chemical characters of elastic rubber “o” rings can ensure the work in temperature -40-110 degrees centigrade. As to the extremely high or low temperatures, just apply silicon rubber float seals to deal with the work in -55-165 degrees centigrade.
