The key technology of auto four-wheel aligners is digital imaging technique and data collection & processing technology. CMOS is the key component for the imaging of digital cameras. Boda takes advantage of the special logical processing function of JAVA to analyze the information collected by COMS. Through the Bluetooth five station transmission model controlled by JAVA, the alignment pattern is displayed. Moreover, by integrating and adopting JAVA+C programming language, Boda specially researched and developed a set of embedded microprocessor chips supporting the imaging of CMOS. The original large amount of data exchanged between chips is now the data flow in individual chips; therefore we ensure that the high performance patterns collected by CMOS sensors are processed promptly and quickly, and the remote networking display and control of the data and pattern of each four-wheel alignment angle can be completed once for all.
