I.  Application:

II. Function

Through heating the circulating medium of engine, YJH—Q5B water heater supplies heat to the radiator and the defroster directly, and supplies heat for engine’s low-temperature start-up and heating in the driving cabin.

 

III. Installation

Connect with engine’s circulating system.

 

  Work principle

 

I.  Fan motor drives fan rotating, pushing the air into the combustion chamber. At the same time, oil from electromagnetic pump is firstly adsorbed by the fuel absorption band, and then is heated into oil vapor by the ceramic glow plug. The air and oil vapor mixes in the combustion chamber and then the mixture is fired by the glow plug, fully burning and the heated air return. The heat is transported to the cooling liquid in the interlayer of the water jacket through the radiators at the inside-wall of the water jacket. The heated medium begins to circulate in the whole pipe system to achieve heating under the action of the water pump. The exhaust gas is discharged out through the exhaust outlet.      

 

II. Water pump is driven by separate pump motor. The cooling medium flows through water pump into the heater and then is heated by the heater. Finally it enters into the main circulating system.
