Baoding Well Foundry Machinery Limited Company Casting Company, founded in 1995, is a multifunctional foundry base, and mainly manufactures middle-and-large castings of resin bonded sand. We can realize quick process, and manufacture 100kg-15t castings, and a batch of castings can form line production and parallel operation on molding rings. For a variety of materials, we have three kinds of melting patterns: electric furnace, cupola, and cupola & electric furnace. The quick test before furnace assures the accuracy of the materials. Ultrasonic test can be carried on for overall quality assurance. Through foreign aid and great efforts of generations over the past years, we have made a great achievement in technological research. CAD and CAE are widely applied to technological design and industrial installation. In production technology, we master lots of mature experience.
