Flow chart:
1, we deliver the mould quotation to the customer upon receipt of your sample,Drawing &Requirements.
2, After the approval on quotation and mould form ,JY-MO will work on 3D drawings ,that will send to customer for approval .
3, After the approval on 3D,JY-MO.will work on the detailed 2D mould designs ,thatwill send to the customer for approval.
4, After the approval on the mould drawings ,the prodution Dept begin the tooling,folloing and updating the “tooling and processing schedule”weekly.
5, We send to the custom weekly “the photograhic report “on the muld progress
6,Mould testing --we will inform you the date ,then will send you the samples injection report &injection parameters with the sample to you .
7, We deliver the mould to the customer with muld assemble once get your instruction&confirmation for shipment.
