Pulley
Pulleys are spinning formed by sheet metal which has the most advanced structure till now . Due to the uniformity and nice balance, it is not necessary to conduct the balance disposition. Besides, because the material line will not be cut off (non-cutting processing), the surface becomes hardened and the density increased so as to improve the strength and hardness of the surface of wheel . And also ,the high dimensional precision make the slip of belts wheels smaller, and the lifetime of the belt wheel would be longer . Compared with cast iron pulley, the spinning pulleys have many advantages such as : light structure, materials cost down, cheapness , etc, which is a new energy-saving product.
