Eastocean Safetyway has introduced the brake lining technology and formula from Japan Akebono in 2004. It was an advanced production line with preforming and hot oil heated technology, which ensured its production efficiency and stability of hot press temperature.
With constant improvements in technology, equipments, moulds and formula, brake lining production line now has a designed capacity of 6,000 tons per year. The process parameters of its major processes can automatically control the production, which guarantees the stability of products quality.
