1. Physical performance:
a. The temperature of working environment: -40---150oC
b. To withstand high voltage: Its able to bear 35kv power alternating current voltage,which can not be punctured in 3 minutes.
c. To withstand high and low temperature: Its able to be kept in the environment from -40 to 150 oC for 48 hours without aging, rift, etc.
d. Its produced relying on GB/T14820.114820.3-93 High Voltage Ignition Wire used in Motors.
e. The part connecting ignition coil and sparking plug is made of stainless steel.
f. The cover proceting wire-wound component is made of silicon rubber.
2. Electric performance:
Using silicon rubber for wire_wond compoents,the electric resistance is about 7±3 kΩ/m.
Application: used for Dongfeng Xiaokang, CHANG'AN, SUZUKI, Delphi Bosch Denso, etc.
