(hereinafter referred to as Capital Tyre) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Beijing Capital Group, registered and established after the reorganization of assets of the former Beijing Tyre Factory which was founded in 1970. Our company was located in Xisanqi, Haidian District, Beijing. Now, the new location of our company is in 1#, Yi District, Fangshan Industry Park, Fangshan. Our company has finished the upgrading and transformation already. As one of the twenty four state-owned key tyre enterprises in China, Capital Tyre mainly researches, produces and sells semi-steel redial tyres and bias tyres, including PCR, LTR and OTR kinds. Capital Tyre has kept the position of top 75 for many years, economic capability is in top 15 and production capability is in top 5. Thus, we have the annual production capacity of 300,000 pieces of tyres, including light truck tyres and passenger car tyres, which were both semi-steel radial tyres. We have imported full sets of equipment and software of tyre design and production. In the Eighth Five-Year, we invested another 250 million RMB in technical reform named "Shuangjia" for annual increase of 700, 000 radial tires. We were able to manufacture 1.2 million radial tires per year. Now, our annual capacity is 7.1 million radial tires and industrial output value reaches 1.5 billion RMB. In the Tenth Five-Year, we planned for 2 new factories respectively in Fangshan District of Beijing, with annual capacity of 10 million radial tires (the first stage was accomplished and in operation) and Xushui in Hebei Province with annual capacity of 0.6 million radial tires and 1.5 million bias-ply tires (in operation). The total assets of Fangshan project will be 1.6 billion RMB. Our company covers 630mu (about 419,958 square meters), including the first stage of 373mu (about 248,642 square meters) and the rest for the second stage. The first stage of the project, operated in 2006, covers about 140,000 square meters, with production capability of 5 million semi-steel radial tires per year. Our annual sales revenue is 1.25 billion RMB. After the accomplishment of the second stage, we can manufacture 10 million semi-steel radial tires and gain 2.5 billion RMB in sales revenue per year. Our company insists on the tenet of "lean production and effective operation in daily management", establishes complementary market structure and enhances brand image. We implement the production strategy of "removing low, maintaining middle and pursing high rank" and persist in effective measures for cost management.
