Our Threaded inserts are generally categorized by the installation methods:
Mold-in or Molded-in Inserts: The inserts is installed during the molding, our Moldin-I and Moldin-X are in this range.
Heat-Staking or Ultrasonic inserts: The inserts are installed in the holes (molded or drilled) with the assistance of heat-staking or ultrasonic machine. Our EasySert, SymTec, MiniSert, ViSert, BoTec are in this category.
Cold Press-in Inserts: The inserts are installed into the prepared holes by squeezing at r oom temperature. Our BarbSert, BarbLoc, VaneLoc are covered.
