famous Lake Baiqu, which is called Pearl of Henan province, Central China. The company was founded in October 1964. In early development, the company was operated by 20 people. Within only 40 years, the company has experienced unprecedented progress and changes, establishing itself as a renowned cast iron manufacturer in China foundry community.
　　
Huixian City Automobile Parts Co., Ltd has a production capacity of 35,000 tons a year. Our products are made of gray cast iron, and ductile cast iron, including Austempered Ductile Iron. The products are automobile spare parts, railway castings, engineering machinery castings, agricultural machinery spare parts, and pumps & valve castings, etc.
　　
Our production, measuring and inspection equipment are as follows: Melting equipment includes furnaces and cupolas. The molding facilities are a resin sand molding line, a Hunter line, two 145 mechanical molding lines, a 146 ...[More]al molding line and a 148 mechanical molding line of different flask dimensions, supported by 32 molding machines and 18 core-shooting machines. The cleaning equipment is made of 9 large-scale shoot-blast cabinets, and over 80 grinding machines of varied types. The inspection process is guaranteed and assisted by Germany-made metallurgical microscope, hardness tester, computer-controlled tensile strength testing machine, Japan-made direct reading spectral analysis system. In 2004, large investment was injected into procurement of an X-ray nondestructive detection system. The comprehensive and advanced equipment have long been insuring our product quality.
　　
Machining capability development is also the big concern of the top management in view of the development trend of home and overseas markets, and thus the company has introduced and purchased over 250 machine tools of turning, facing, planning, and grinding, including 16 CNCs, a horizontal machining center, and 2 vertical machining centers. With these sophisticated machine tools, Huixian City Automobile Parts Co., Ltd has developed into a strong machining service provider across China.
