We supply brake pads in more than 1,500 different models for Japanese, Korean, American and European cars. We can produce brake pads according to FMSI, FDB, WVA, AK, LUCAS number and specifications, or customers drawings and samples.
 
We make brake pads with a non-asbestos material. Traditionally the material is semi-metallic or of low steel content. But for more comfortable and safe brake force, we use a non-steel material, such as organic material or ceramic.
 
The flatness of the back plate and side shearing affect the performance of the noise level, because it might irritate the rolled itself. We manufacture the surface and edge with a optimized process.
