Production Description:

The intake exhaust valves are manufactured to very high industry standards using precise processing technology, including precision forging, sprays welding and grinding. The surface of the valves can be treated with following procedures.
 
Nitirded: valves are nitrided to increase exhaustion strength, corrosion and wear resistance.
 
Chrome-plated: valve stems with chromium to increase wear and corrosion resistance.
 
Stellite: valves made by using deposit of stellite to high hot hardness at seat.
 
The dimensions of the valves we supply are as follows:
 
Diameter of the stem: 5mm - 30mm
Diameter of the external disk: 20mm - 150mm
Overall length: 40mm - 600mm
 
The materials we use are:
 
Intake valve: 40Cr, SUH1(4Cr9Si2), SUH3(4Cr10Si2Mo)
 
Exhaust valve: SUH1(4Cr9Si2), SUH3(4Cr 10Si2Mo), SUH35(21-4N)
